At the age of five Alix made the discovery that although she was the youngest in a family of six children she was 'technically' (her word) and only child. Ali took her first vacation without Mom and Dad with Neil at six months when they flew from Iowa to New Jersey to visit Grandma and Grandpa. Attended her first major sleepover at the ripe old age of one and was a Football Cheerleader by eighteen months. At two poor Ali was listening to the top ten, watching MTV and trying to decide what shade lipstick she looked best in. She is enjoying her time as an only child. At twelve we only have seven teenage years left, considering we have already endured ten of them with her...it should be a breeze!
Jeffery and Heather are both students at the University of
Wisconsin. Kimberly lives in New Jersey with her husband Michael and
is anxiously expecting their first child in August. Neil is getting
married in March and will be moving with his new wife to Idaho. Bridgett
lives and works in Wisconsin. Sometimes I miss having the kids close
to me but figure when I retire I can have some great travel stops!
